Backstage Beauty: Day Three at Toronto Fashion Week F/W'16

Day three at Toronto Fashion Week and backstage in the beauty department the makeup has changed dramatically from the previous collections. Forget the dark bold red lips and clean sharp lined eyes from the previous day. Day three is all about messy grunge "just woke up and too lazy to wash my face" at the Helder Diego show to the ice storm at the Mackage show.
Lead makeup artist for Maybelline Canada, Grace Lee created the messy dark grunge eye look paired with a minimal bare face using Baby Lips in shade Quenched on the eyes as a base. Layered over top: Eye Studio Lasting Drama Waterproof Gel Pencil in shade Onyx, a craft glitter on the inner corner, and a coat of The Colossal Spider Effect Mascara. "It's not always about the pretty girl next door; the messier the better."-Grace Lee
At the Mackage show, the ice storm has just passed and we're left with frozen eyebrows and black cold lips. Lead makeup artist for Maybelline Canada, Grace Lee creates a ice crusted eyebrow using Brow Drama Mascara in shade transparent topped with Eye Studio Lasting Drama Waterproof Gel Pencil in shade cashmere white, On the lips; Eye Studio Lasting Drama Waterproof Gel Pencil in shade black, Loaded Bolds Colour Sensational lipstick in shade pitch black and topped off in a clear gloss.
