Spring Skincare Tune-Up: exfoliate

Time to reconsider your skincare. With every changing Season I always like to tune-up my skincare regime. Throw out the old and keep products that work and fine tune my process. One step I like to do with every Season is exfoliate! Although I don't exfoliate on the daily (call it being lazy) I find that my skin looks best when I scrub away all the dead skin flakes.
Here is what I've been using lately:
Arbonne FC5 Exfoliating New Cell Scrub- this is an oldie but a goodie! It works so why change it. I have this in my shower all the time so in the morning its easy to apply and wash away in the tub. Ingredients such as kiwi, carrot and birch leaf which help clarify and soothe skin. Suitable for all skin types and vegan.
retails $35

Bare Minerals Mix. Exfoliate. Smooth- a dry grain format this is perfect to add to your favourite cleanser. Simply add a few grains to cleanser or water to form a paste. Gentle and soothing with black rice grains this won't irritate those with sensitive skin. I also like to add this to cleansing oils for a facial type treatment. Contains rose, sweet orange peel and more goodies.
retail $32

Eco Tools Polishing Facial Cloths- made with organic cotton this muslin cloth is perfect as you can continuously re-use (wash by hand with gentle soap and let dry). Can be used with a cleansing oil or just as a method with your face cleanser. This is the easiest way to exfoliate; regardless of skintype and you control the pressure by either applying more or less thus great for those also with sensitive skin.
retail $10.99 for a 2 pack
