Hosted by Harper's Bazaar executive fashion and beauty editor Avril Graham, who looked effortless chic in her Valentino little black dress paired with a gorgeous Swarovski necklace no less, states that you don't have to spend a fortune to look like a fortune and Swarovski price points are varied that anyone can afford to look great. Great accessories are the key to pull a look together!
