Casual & Clean at Vanessa Bruno {Fall/Winter'13}

Backstage at the Vanessa Bruno Fall/Winter 2013 show in Paris, casual and clean hair was the look. Finally, a look I could attain at home. For most it means wash-&-go but for me a little more primping and I too can get the casual look but with a little more effort. Clean hair is always in style and the Wella team delivered, Global Creative Director Eugene Souleiman for Wella Professionals created a laid back look.

Get the Look:

·Start with clean freshly washed and conditioned hair, using Wella Professionals Enrich Shampoo and Conditioner, to ensure hair is in perfect condition

·Apply Wella Professionals Velvet Amplifier Hair Primer to wet hair and blow dry with a round brush keeping the hair flat to the head

·Create a centre parting and using a fine tooth comb, comb the hair through to create a smooth finish and position behind the ear

·Release a small piece of hair on both sides of the front of the head so they fall in front of the ears

·Spray Wella Professionals Ocean Spritz Beach Texture Spray on the end lengths of the hair from the ear bone downwards, then gently twist the long hair and apply heat from a blow dryer with a diffuser – this will allow the hair to ‘set’ and provide a raw contrasting texture to the hair

·If time allows, clip the twist in place loosely for a little more texture, and release when ready
