Toronto Fashion Week: Backstage Beauty Spring/Summer'15 (part One)

Too early to think about Spring/Summer 2015? Perhaps but considering that the fashion world is a couple seasons ahead we're right on time. Spring is a transitional season. Your just getting over Winter skin; dry, dull, and flaky. Not a great combination of factors. Spring signifies a new start and I always think of fresh healthy looking skin. Getting your skin ready for Summer weather. So, let's have a look at backstage beauty from this past week's World Master Card Fashion Week in Toronto.

SID NEIGUM
"The makeup look is angelic. Glowing skin, muted lips and rosy cheeks." -Grace Lee, lead makeup artist for Maybelline Canada

PINK TARTAN
"70' glamour was the inspiration behind the makeup design at Pink Tartan. Disco browns and golds, with an emphasis on contouring and highlighting." -Grace Lee, Lead makeup artist
 Pink Tartan S/S 2015

This look at Pink Tartan was one of my favourites from Toronto Fashion Week. Love the eye makeup! Just gorgeous. Maybelline Nude Eyeshadow Palette was used.

MELISSA NEPTON
"Well groomed, bold brows brought focus to eyes at Melissa Nepton."- Grace Lee, lead makeup artist
Melissa Nepton S/S 2015

So glad that full groomed eyebrows are here to stay! Such a great look and another one of my faves. On brows, Maybelline Define-A-Brow and Maybelline Brow Drama (such a cool product).
