Skincare with Ole Henriksen

This past Summer I was so busy with moving houses that I completely forgot to blog about a few of my favourite skincare items; Ole Henriksen. Who I also got to meet and is so warm, humble, and personable you'd never know he owned a huge skincare line. He'll talk to you like you're the only one in the room and have a genuine interest in what you're doing. Which in this industry is rare!
Firstly, for those of you that don't know the skincare line, Ole Henriksen. Ole began his skincare journey due to his own concern with cystic acne. His early career started in dance and while travelling to Indonesia as part of a dance group his skin became problematic. In his quest to find a skincare treatment he began seeing a facialist who only used botanical ingredients. Well, his skincare improved drastically that his career path changed and off he went to London to pursue dermatology. In 1975, he opened his first spa in Beverley Hills and in 1984 he launched his skincare line.
A few of  my favourite stand out products that work well on my combination skin type:
Power Bright: a 3 step system that brightens and gives your skin the best glow! My skin is not a fan of daily skincare doses of vitamin c but as a weekly treatment this works wonderfully.  Step 1 is the polish, step 2 the Brightening, step 3 cleanser (if only they sold this cleanser separately I'd use it all the time). This complete system really makes a difference in my skin!
Aloe Vera Deep Cleanser: hands down one of my favourite cleansers. I'd say it's in the top 10 of my all time faves! Cleanses the skin without drying it and removes makeup well.
Sheer Transformation: a light weight oil-free moisturizer that works for anyone who is oily to combination. Great for the Summer I'd probably need something a little more moisturizing for Winter. Although, contains Vit C which my skin is not a fan of on the daily I had no issues with it. Perfect for under makeup!
